Apartment hotel on Sofiyskaya embankment
<p> The design renovation project of the apartment-hotel «La Fleur» had two aims: to keep and emphasize the atmosphere of old Moscow in its exterior and to combine modern functionality and classic aristocratism in its interior.
The construction project included large volume of work with facade architectural elements including their production and installation to preserve the historical part of the building. </p>

Initially (second part of XIX century) there were situated warehouse buildings of the Moscow branch of Joint-stock construction companies «Standard». This building was reconstructed several times and by the end of XX century emerged in its final look, decorated in the art Nouveau style, typical for Moscow of that period.
